Brief: To improve the navigation experience and product filter UI based on user feedback and data gathered from WiggleCRC’s in-house UX team.
Challenges: Upon launching a new native app for both iOS and Android devices for both Wiggle and ChainReaction Cycles, critical features were not included in the initial rollout. The challenge was to gather the data and feedback from new and existing app users and apply it to the revised UI, making it easier to find products at all levels.
Role: Working with the XD team my role was to design the new UI across multiple brands and for both iOS and Android devices, making sure that the native app experience was adhered to and to provide multiple UI options and prototypes prior to user testing.
